Ralph A. Daiuto, Jr. has been involved in the securities industry for over 18 years, most recently as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RAD Partners, LLC, a consulting firm offering executive management, operations, compliance, regulatory, and technology services to financial services firms. 

Mr. Daiuto previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the World Trade Financial Group of companies, a leading provider of global trading and technology related services.  WTFG included World-Xecution Strategies, Member: FINRA & SIPC; WTS Proprietary Trading Group, LLC Member: CBOE Stock Exchange & SIPC; and Clearpool Group, LLC, a holding company owning Clearpool Execution Services, LLC, Member: FINRA & SIPC and Clearpool Technologies, LLC.  WTFG was created in 2012, following an acquisition by World Trade Securities (Cayman), Ltd. of PacMid Technologies, LLC and a merger of broker dealer operations with Dimension Trading Group, LLC, Member: CBOE Stock Exchange & SIPC and Dimension Securities, LLC, Member: FINRA & SIPC.  Mr. Daiuto managed the day-to-day operations of the WTFG collective group of companies, including oversight of all legal, compliance and regulatory issues.  Within the World Trade Financial Group of companies, Mr. Daiuto also held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of World-Xecution Strategies, an independent agency-only broker dealer and President of WTS Proprietary Trading Group, LLC, a proprietary trading firm with 400+ licensed and registered traders. At WTFG, Mr. Daiuto formed Clearpool Execution Services, LLC, Member: FINRA & SIPC, taking it from inception through the FINRA new member application process, gaining approval to provide execution services, together with an ATS license to operate an automated trading platform. 

Beginning in 2005 through the merger into WTFG in 2012, Mr. Daiuto was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of: Dimension Brokerage, LLC, Member: PHLX & SIPC (2005-2008); Dimension Securities, LLC. Member: FINRA & SIPC (2006-2012); and Dimension Trading Group, LLC, Member: CBOE Stock Exchange & SIPC (2008-2012).  In 2003 Mr. Daiuto founded PacMid Technologies, LLC, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and managed the development of PacMid’s proprietary trade execution platform, Fusion, through the merger in 2012.  Known today as Clearpool Technologies, the company has developed proprietary technology to provide best-in-class compliance, risk management, execution and routing services, to complement Fusion, a broker-neutral EMS, which is leveraged by thousands of traders globally.  From 2003 – 2012,  Mr. Daiuto also founded and managed Dimension Capital Partners, LLC, a facilities management services company, which provided technology, data co-location, office space, and support to various companies, including over 1,000 end-user clients of PacMid’s trade execution platform.  

Mr. Daiuto served as General Counsel of Andover Brokerage, LLC, Member: FINRA & SIPC, from 2000, through the sale of that company to SunGard Data Systems, Inc. in 2003.  In this role, Mr. Daiuto was able to leverage his experience and skill set in both the securities trading and legal spaces.  At Andover, Mr. Daiuto was responsible for obtaining self-clearing approvals for Andover at both FINRA and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.  Mr. Daiuto participated in all investment banking, negotiating, and drafting of deal documents on behalf of Andover for the SunGard transaction.  He was responsible for all due diligence and was responsible for coordinating all regulatory approvals and the transfer of Andover’s broker-dealer business into SunGard’s wholly owned broker-dealer, Assent, LLC, Member: FINRA & SIPC.

From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Daiuto served as a regional General Securities Principal/Branch Manager of several FINRA broker dealers, built and managed trading floors, as well as funded and managed the software development of his initial proprietary trade execution system.

Mr. Daiuto obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree, awarded cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  Mr. Daiuto has the following Securities licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 24, Series 56 and Series 99 and is an approved Proprietary Trader Principal and Proprietary Trader Compliance Officer. He is an Attorney admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, U.S. District Court E.D.N.Y., U.S. District Court, S.D.N.Y., and U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
